Tickets for the 2008 Gettysburg Civil War Battle Reenactment are now on sale!
Ticket Information
General Admission Tickets
General Admission tickets admit you into the reenactment site, all activities and demonstrations. You may bring lawn chairs or blankets and view the reenactments from the grounds. Spaces are on a first come, first served basis.
Note:
Grandstand or Bleacher seating is not included in General Admission.
Grandstand/Bleacher Tickets
Upper Field Grandstand Seating or Lower Field Bleacher Seating is offered for an additional charge for all the day's field events and demonstrations. All visitors must purchase grandstand or bleacher tickets in order to be admitted to the grandstand or bleacher areas to watch the reenactment. All children under the age of six years old will be admitted to the event free of charge but in order to be admitted to the grandstand or bleacher areas they must purchase a grandstand seating ticket.
Note: Be sure to order your Grandstand or Bleacher Tickets early. Grandstand/Bleacher seating usually sells out prior to the event. Grandstand or Bleacher seats cannot be ordered without purchasing General Admission Tickets
Gettysburg Civil War Battle Reenactment Ticket Policy:
The annual Gettysburg Civil War Battle Reenactment is an outdoor weather related event staged entirely in farm fields and like all outdoor events, the ability to perform, and public safety considerations can be affected by serious weather and turf conditions, which are beyond the organizers control. Tickets are absolutely non-refundable as indicated by the specific terms on each ticket, on our website-www.gettysburgreenactment.com, event schedule, rack cards and our "Battle News" tabloid. In the unlikely event of a necessary and unavoidable postponement, tickets would then be honored for any day of the re-scheduled event. August 1, 2, & 3, 2008 has been selected as the 2008 postponement dates. You may check up to the minute event status at anytime by logging onto www.gettysburgreenactment.com and refer to the Home Page.
